Had a 12 ounce black tea followed quickly by a 16 ounce caramel macchiato. This was several hours ago. Now, I really need to eat something.

“As a woman, I feel continually shhh’ed. Too sensitive. Too mushy. Too wishy washy. Blah blah. Don’t let someone steal your tenderness. Don’t allow the coldness and fear of others to tarnish your perfectly vulnerable beating heart. Nothing is more powerful than allowing yourself to truly be affected by things. Whether it’s a song, a stranger, a mountain, a rain drop, a tea kettle, an article, a sentence, a footstep…feel it all – look around you- all of this is for you. Take it and have gratitude. Give it and feel love.”

Glee

Oh my god. Burt is doing Single Ladies. I am cry-laughing.

things I won’t apologize for: music edition

-I hate Alanis Morisette.

-I love, love,love Taylor Swift.

-I don’t like Alabama Shakes.

-I don’t like Gossip.

-Miley Cyrus’ “See You Again” was my jam in summer 08.

-Same goes for “Shake It” by Metro Station. Remember that one? Catchy as hell.

-If I can’t decide on a radio station, I will stick with the one playing Justin Bieber or Carly Rae Jepsen. There is usually at least one station playing one or the other.

Discovering Felicity 7 days before moving was bad timing. Packing seems like a really inconvenient distraction right now.

Also I would like the internet world to know—Keri Russell studied dance at the same place I did as a child, down in Denver (Starstruck).
